To enable profile features, maintain exam progress, and safeguard user access, the TNClassroom mobile application collects minimal essential personal information:

• Account Authentication Details: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, primary email address, and profile photo provided by Google Identity Services.
• Learning & Quiz Data: Model test scores, saved questions, and revision history stored to display your academic progress.
• Device & Performance Identifiers: Standard app diagnostic metrics, crash reports, and basic device model information processed automatically to maintain application stability.

2. Data Storage, Security, and Encryption

User data and quiz states are processed using Google Cloud Infrastructure and Firebase services (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). All network communications between the TNClassroom Android app, our servers, and third-party services are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS encryption protocols.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or marketing brokers.

In compliance with Google Play requirements, users have the right to request full erasure of their account credentials, progress data, and associated personal records at any time.

To request account and personal data deletion, you can contact us at tntet2025@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" using the email associated with your Google sign-in. All associated Firestore records and profile entries will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Web Browsing, Cookies, and Analytics

When accessing our portal via a web browser, TN Classroom uses cookies and server log files (IP addresses, browser type, referring pages) strictly to monitor server uptime, prevent malicious traffic, and personalize web page delivery.

Third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense may use cookies (including DART cookies) to serve contextually relevant advertisements across web pages. You can manage cookie preferences or opt out by visiting Google's Advertising Policies.

Disclaimer: TNClassroom is an independent educational portal and app developed to assist candidates and learners. TNClassroom is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any central or state government organization, including the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), or the Tamil Nadu School Education Department. Official state examination announcements and application portals are maintained exclusively on their respective official government portals.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

TNClassroom does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has registered personal information on our services without parental consent, please contact us immediately for immediate investigation and record deletion.
